Red Zone Rush Guide

This pre-release guide is based on EA's October 13, 2026 reveal. Screenshots and milestone reward previews are subject to change; official rewards and an official launch date are still pending.

Bring your own Ultimate Team into a Stamina-free run with five stages and multiple rounds. Rookie, Pro, and All-Pro have separate OVR requirements, gameplay difficulty, and milestone reward tracks.

Between stages, draft stronger players or Boosts that improve groups of players by team, conference, division, position group, or program. Drafted players and stacking Boosts remain active throughout the run.

Spend Momentum to reroll draft rewards, unlock a bonus Draft, or retry a failed Round once per run. Completing Rounds for the first time earns milestone progress, and progress on higher difficulties also counts toward corresponding lower-difficulty milestones.
